This Agreement governs the terms of use of the Fanficia platform (the "Platform"), including services for creating and distributing text content using artificial intelligence algorithms.
1. Responsibility for content
All text materials, stories, fan fiction and scripts (the "Content") generated on the Platform are produced automatically in response to the end user's requests (prompts).
Full and sole responsibility for the content created, stored and distributed rests entirely with the Platform's user.
2. Copyright and third-party intellectual property
Users must respect copyright. If a user publishes a link to a generated story based on well-known works of third parties (a fandom), the user independently warrants that their actions fall under fair use or are covered by permissions from the respective authors of the originals.
3. Data use policy (Cookies)
The Platform uses cookies solely to ensure the basic functionality of the site (authentication, saving display settings, tracking acceptance of this Agreement). We do not sell your data to third parties. By accepting this agreement when creating your first chapter, you also consent to the basic use of cookies.
4. Community rules and prohibited content
We urge you to use the AI tool responsibly. The deliberate generation and distribution of content that promotes real (NOT fictional) violence, constitutes child pornography, contains terrorist propaganda, or incites real hatred is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to block access to accounts in the event of mass reports of violations, without refunding amounts paid.
